The space
This property is a large home with gorgeous views right off the front yard and back deck. Each bedroom offers a king size bed for a comfortable stay for every guest.

The large main level living room with fireplace creates a cozy and elegant environment during your stay. The dining room features a custom made table that is perfect for entertaining and making memories around. The large main level kitchen is equipped with all the stuff one needs to create delicious meals during your stay.

The lower level hosts a spacious living room along with a dining area and a kitchenette. This is allows guests staying in the lower level bedrooms to enjoy their own coffee and cereal bar and any late night snacks. The deck on this level leads out to the 6 person hot tub and some amazing views!

Feeling up for a stroll on the Katy trail? Great! We are located just 1 minute (by bike) from the Augusta Trail Head- And did we mention you and your guests are welcome to the bikes we have provided!

**Holiday Decor**
Our holiday decor will be set up immediately after Thanksgiving and taken down on the last weekend of January to allow families celebrating late holiday get-togethers.
Guest access
Guests can park inside the 3 car garage or on the long driveway. There is also street parking available if necessary.

NO PARKING ON LAWN UNLESS APPROVED BY HOST
Additional notes
The backyard has a slope that goes down onto the Katy Trail. We ask that guests do not venture down that way for their own safety.
Getting around
There is ample parking in the 3 car garage and large driveway.

If you are interested in a stroll through town or on the Katy Trail, guests are welcome to the complimentary bikes provided.
